By using the contents of this kit, you can accelerate your leadership growth in the next 30 days in ways most leaders won’t ever experience.

Do you ever feel like you’ve already read or learned more about leadership than you could ever put into practice? Most of us “know” more than we “do.” That’s because we have short-circuited the brain’s essential process for converting knowledge into action.

Did you know that the practice of Reflection is the key to absorbing new learning?

We don’t truly learn something by just seeing, hearing, or reading. Our brains need to reflect on that learning before we can apply it to ourselves and our unique situations. During reflection, we come to grips with the impact of our current behavior, see the value of the new way, and access new motivation to change.

Yet most leaders skip this step and rush to their next task.
